Tim has been a Sales Professional for more than 30 years. As the recipient of numerous sales achievement awards and sales management training, his focus has always been first and foremost on customer service. Tim began his career in Hospital Purchasing and Inventory Control in the early eighties until he landed his first sales role in the booming computer industry in the mid-eighties. The next 15 years in the office equipment and supply business saw Tim move from junior sales rep to sales management until he decided to try something new selling advertising. In 2004, a national industrial sales company offered him a position as Territory Manager, and the better part of the next three years were spent on the road opening new business. Looking to travel less, Tim met and started working with Jan at a local industrial supply company in 2007. After a successful year working together, Jan set out to start TBF and invited Tim to join him for its opening in 2009.
In his time away from work, Tim is a dedicated family man to his wife and two children. Involved in the community through his church, he also makes time to enjoy his many interests. When not working in his art studio, playing guitar, or tinkering in the garage, summers find him out on Lake Superior relaxing with family and friends on his boat.
